Interview With Paul Evans of Simple Six is in ‘almost final’ format
The audio editor got my file back to me and he did GREAT. I am very pleased with the gentleman I used on elance – Josh Wilson. You can find his profile at audioeditor09.elance.com If you choose to use – just let him know I sent you would ya. I get nothing from it but he knows I was happy with his work – enough to recommend him.
Anyway I have the file back and I am doing minor touch ups to add some links in there for you to go to etc. But over all I should have the interview up soon. Once that is set I will send it out to be transcribed and will try also to put it into video form so you can see some of the things Paul and I talk about while you listen.
I learned a couple more things in going back to listen to the interview. The biggest thing is very disturbing to me and is something I have to work on and hopefully will get better over time. It was that I sounded very displaced – and I was. I was so focused on ‘doing the interview right’ that I sounded very much like I didn’t care what Paul was saying – I just wanted to ask the next question. In my defense – I was very nervous, it being my first interview and all. I hope Paul will be willing to try again with me in the future.
This topic is one that I will probably harp on, but I have beating myself up over it and now it’s time to move one. I did care, I did want to know, and I am very interested. So Paul if you ever read this – My apologies for the flubber and seeming insincerity. I wanted so much to get my first interview perfect that I blew it up.
Ok moving on from that and despite of all that – you can learn some good things from this interview. Paul talks a little about himself and where he started, and we progress through the Simple Six Figures program one piece at a time, and then Paul lets loos on 100xmissions.org. What a great cause and a geat way to help. He even goes over how you can submit an application to get sponsored. By the way it is pronounced 100 ex missions – not 100 times missions as I kept calling it. (One of the things I skated over from the beginning and that bothered me so much about my interviewing skills.)
Well all cleaned up it is a good first interview and I hope you learn some more – enough to make you want to check out Simple Six Figures.
God Bless and Make it Happen!
